By downloading or using Wolfpak ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Wolfpak is provided for lawful personal and professional use. You may not use the App for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Subscriptions (Wolfpak Pro)

Wolfpak Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple Account. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple Account settings in the App Store after purchase. Any free trial or introductory offer terms, and any unused portion of a free trial, are governed by Apple. Apple'sStandard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App.

Route Accuracy

Wolfpak provides route suggestions based on estimated driving times and distances. These are approximations only. Always exercise your own judgment when driving and follow all traffic laws. AlphaWolf Industries LLC is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from routes generated by the App.

CSV Import

Wolfpak allows you to import place data from CSV files. You are solely responsible for the data you import, including ensuring you have the right to use it and that it is accurate. AlphaWolf Industries LLC does not validate, store, or transmit imported data — it remains entirely on your device.

Calendar Integration

Wolfpak can create calendar events on your device at your request to schedule routes. AlphaWolf Industries LLC is not responsible for calendar events created by the App. You can manage or delete these events through your device's calendar app at any time.

iCloud Sync

Wolfpak uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across devices signed into the same Apple ID. By using Wolfpak's sync feature, you agree that your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. AlphaWolf Industries LLC does not store or have access to your synced data.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its features.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaWolf Industries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design within the App are the property of AlphaWolf Industries LLC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
