Wolfpak ("the App") is developed by AlphaWolf Industries LLC. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. All information you enter into Wolfpak — places, routes, territories, schedules, contacts, and notes — is stored locally on your device using SwiftData and never transmitted to us or any third party. Wolfpak has no user accounts and no backend server; your data is stored only on the device where you entered it.

Location Data

Wolfpak requests access to your device location to show your current position on the map and use it as a route start or end point. Your location is used only within the app and is never transmitted to our servers.

CSV Import

Wolfpak lets you import places from CSV files stored on your device. The import happens entirely on your device — CSV data is parsed locally and saved to your local database. No CSV data is uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.

Photos, Video, and Voice Memos

Wolfpak lets you attach photos and videos — captured with the camera or chosen from your photo library — and record voice memos to your places. This media is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to AlphaWolf Industries LLC or shared with any third party. You can revoke camera, photo library, and microphone access at any time in your device settings.

Voice Transcription

When you record a voice memo, Wolfpak can transcribe it to text using Apple's speech recognition. Depending on your device and settings, Apple may process the audio to perform the transcription. This processing is handled by Apple and governed byApple's Privacy Policy. AlphaWolf Industries LLC does not receive your audio or its transcription. You can revoke speech recognition access at any time in your device settings.

Calendar Integration

Wolfpak can add route schedules to your device calendar when you choose to do so. This uses the on-device calendar framework to create events locally. No calendar data is sent to AlphaWolf Industries LLC servers. You can revoke calendar access at any time in your device settings.

Territories

Territory boundaries you draw in Wolfpak are stored locally on your device. They are never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

Route Schedules

Route schedules — including one-time, weekly, and recurring schedules — are stored locally on your device via SwiftData. This data never leaves your device.

Map and Geocoding

Wolfpak uses mapping frameworks for map display, geocoding, and route calculation. These services are governed by the platform provider's privacy policy. No data is sent to AlphaWolf Industries LLC servers.

Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or crash reporting SDKs. We have no visibility into how you use the app.

Third-Party Services

Wolfpak integrates with the following third-party services for navigation export:

• Google Maps — optional. When you tap "Google Maps," Wolfpak opens the app with your route. No data is sent to Google by Wolfpak; the app is simply launched via a standard URL scheme.
• Waze — optional. When you tap "Waze," Wolfpak opens the app with your destination. No data is sent to Waze by Wolfpak; the app is simply launched via a standard URL scheme.

These apps are only opened when you explicitly choose them. Wolfpak does not transmit any data to these services — it only launches their apps at your request.

Data Deletion

All app data is stored on your device. You can delete all data from within the app (Settings → Danger Zone → Clear All Data) or by deleting the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

Wolfpak is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
